Magdala Crescent Gardens and Committee

A Garden Escape in the West End

Whether you are looking  for a safe and pleasant place to walk your gorgeous pet,  some time to enjoy the sun, read a book, have a bite to eat or just relax, Magdala Gardens is a tranquil, leafy and colourful garden offering all of these benefits to its key holders.

The gardens stretching down the length of Magdala Crescent offer pleasant green space for all our key holders.

Anyone owning a property in Magdala Crescent is automatically granted access to the gardens.  This right brings with it an obligation to contribute to their upkeep which is reflected  in the annual subscription.  The gardens can be used by non residents, again on payment of an annual subscription.  Numbers are limited and we have a waiting list.  Head over to the Information Hub page link for more details on applying for access.

The Committee

As noted above, all owners of property in Magdala Crescent are by default members of the MCG&RA.

The upkeep of the gardens is managed by a committee on their behalf.  This committee is a group of volunteers which is elected annually to carry out the management duties and upkeep of the gardens, saving the subscribers the considerable charges involved if a commercial  company were to be instructed to carry out management of the gardens.

The Committee is always looking for new members to support and enhance the running of the gardens. Why not get involved? Anyone who is an owner of a property in Magdala Crescent is eligible to join. Click here to find out more about what's involved in  being a member and how to join.
