  2. No prompt-payment discount for any new non-proprietor subscribers.  Existing terms for current non-proprietor subscribers are unchanged

Owners

Owners of properties in Magdala Crescent  have an automatic right to a key and an obligation to pay the annual maintenance fee, as documented intheir title deeds.

Owners of Let Properties in Magdala Crescent

The responsibility for payment of fees rests with  the owner of each individual property in Magdala Crescent who will be sent a Subscription Notice in March each year.

It is a matter for the owner/landlord if they  wish to recoup the amount of the fees from the tenant.

Payment of fees should always be made directly by the proprietor to the Association regardless of any personal arrangement.

Non Proprietors

There is no prompt-payment discount for any new non-proprietor subscribers who will pay the full fee (or pro-rata amount depending on when they join).

Existing terms for current non-proprietor subscribers are unchanged.
